FAQ

While food allergies differ for each person, our products are free from all 8 major allergens and then some.  We avoid the use of other "usual food allergy suspects," such as avocado, sesame, sunflower seeds, beeswax, and coconut to name a few.  We are always available to answer what questions or concerns you may have about our products.  As a food allergy family, we are very familiar with making those phone calls ourselves and welcome the opportunity to reassure you.

Is your facility nut free? 

YES!  No nuts here.  They make us panic just as much as they do for you!  Our products are made in an environment that is free of all 8 major allergens.  We use dedicated equipment for all of our products. 

How do you manage cross contamination?

All ingredients are thoroughly investigated before we decide to use them in our products.  We use only dedicated equipment to avoid any cross contamination.  We are also in the process of having our ingredients and finished products tested by a third party to further insure safety.

Are your products vegan?  

Yes, all of our products are vegan. We love animals!

Are your products organic?

We make every effort to use sustainable, organic ingredients as maintaining a healthy planet is a priority for us.  However, safety is more important.  We will forgo a sustainable or organic product if it is not in keeping with our standards for safety.

Are your products gluten free?

Yes, all of our products are gluten free.

Do you do custom orders?

We do custom orders.  Just contact us and let us know what your needs are and we will do our best to make a product that works for you.  We try very hard to get your custom orders just right!  Please allow 2-3 weeks for your custom order to ship.

How quickly do you ship?

Orders generally go out within 3 business days (unless it is a custom order).  If you need your order sooner, please feel free to contact us!
